Regular City Council Minutes — 06/16/03 <br />DRAFT i iu utes - Page 12 <br />reading of Ordinance No. 1283 in order for the motion to <br />read as follows: <br />"Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, waiving the <br />first reading of Ordinance No. I2$3 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Amending Title Thee, Section 309.03, <br />Massage Therapy Establishments;" to eliminate the <br />maximum number of massage therapists and <br />massage therapy establishments in the City of <br />Roseville."' <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the first <br />and second reading of Ordinance No. 1283 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Amending Title Three, Section 309.03, <br />Massage Therapy Establishments;" to eliminate the <br />maximum number of massage therapists and massage <br />therapy establishments in the City of Roseville. <br />Roll Cali <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn noted that this ordinance, as with <br />others, would become effective upon publication. <br />C.
