All plans must be complete prior to final app royals, <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: 2 (Stone, Traynor) <br />Motion cam'ed. <br />Chair Duncan encouraged the applicant to meet again with neighbors prior to Final Plan <br />submittal. <br />
