Daniel Boerigter's Request for a Variance at 2080 Resolution 10082A <br />Farrington Avenue (PF 3454) Resolution 10082B <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Variance Requests <br />Resolution No. 10082A entitled, "Resolution Approving a at 2080 Farrington <br />1,780 Square Foot Variance to Section 1004.01A6 of the Avenue <br />Roseville City Code for Property Located at 20$0 (PF 3454) <br />Farrington Avenue (PF 3454), to allow construction of <br />living area, a front porch, covered and sidewalk, and <br />adoption of Resolution No. 10082B entitled "Resolution <br />Approving a Nine Foot Variance to Section 1004.02D5 of <br />the Roseville City Code for Property Located at 2080 <br />Farrington Avenue (PF3454). <br />Planning Consultant Thomas Paschke briefly reviewed the <br />variance request and responded to Council questions. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn acknowledged the applicant in <br />attendance, and clarified that he was aware of and in <br />agreement with the conditions; with the applicant <br />responding affumarively. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />
