(last revised: June 12, 2003 for June 16, 2003 Council Meeting) <br />CITY of ROSEVILLE <br />TLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMEENT <br />This agreement shall be effective upon completion of the following: <br />k <br />Passage and recording of Applewood Pointe of Arona (subdivision plat of <br />property for project). <br />1.2 Passage and publication of ordinance # rezoning of property to PUD with <br />underlying zoning of Single Family (R- 1) District} Townhouse (R -6) District* <br />General Residence (R -3) District. <br />1.3 Publication of the ordinance in the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the CIT 's official <br />newspaper. <br />1.4 Execution of this agreement by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. <br />1.5 Recording of the Applewood Pointe of Arona Plat, Subdivision and Public <br />Improvements Contract, and any City approved public easements, and this <br />agreement with Ramsey Counter recorder. <br />f, IN f <br />In Phase 1 the DEVELOPER has requested that the CITY approve a Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) (PF# 3457) that redevelops one parcel into -a 7 single family <br />homes, 1- 96 unit Cooperative Housing Building, 18 townhomes, and a 2.2 acre public <br />Bark (approximately) and a 2.4 acre public park and pond area (approximately ). <br />In Phase 2 (Oudot A) of the Planned Unit Development, the DEVELOPER has <br />requested that the CITY approve 18 to nhornes or a 36 unit condominium. <br />The current project address is 2800 Arona Street. The subject property, on which the <br />DEVELOPER.} housing will be built will include a subdivision plat recorded with <br />I <br />
