8.6 Street Right-of-Way Dedication. The DEVELOPER is responsible for dedicating <br />(and constructing public streets to city specifications as described in the City of <br />Roseville Subdivision and public Improvement Contract), through the subdivision <br />plat process, the necessary right- of-way required by the City of Roseville. <br />8.7 Utility & Drainage Easements. The DEVELOPER is responsible for creating} <br />dedicating and/or granting specific easements pertaining to public utility services, <br />site access, shared parking as approved by the City and as described in the City of <br />Roseville Subdivision and Public Improvement Contract, and the storm water <br />pond as approved by Rice Creek Watershed. <br />8.8 parr and Pond Conveyance and Construction. The DEVELOPER shall designate <br />the parr and pond areas as Outlots E and C on the Plat respectively. <br />Responsibility for construction of the parr and pond improvements shall he as <br />delineated in the Subdivision and Public Improvement Contract between the <br />parties dated 1 2003 <br />
