He served as a amber of the <br />Board o f Directors for Minnesota Advocates for <br />Hunan Rights, an international hummn rights <br />orgaaization, from 1991 through 1999. He <br />currently serves as the Secretes for the <br />Minnesota Association of Flack Lawyers. Mr. <br />Smith is also a member of the Goveming <br />Council for the MS13A Labor and Employment <br />Law Section, He is a member of the Planning <br />c numittee for the 2001 Midwest Employment <br />Law Institute, the largest employment law <br />seminar in the Midwest. Mr. Smith also is a <br />Hunan Rights Conunissioner for the City of <br />Roseville. <br />
