4.0 REVIEW of REQUEST: <br />4.1 Section 1004.01 A6 of the Roseville City Code (Maximum Total Surface Area) affords <br />each single family residential property owner a 30% impervious coverage based upon the <br />total lot size. In the case of the Boerigter property 's allowance cannot exceed 4A79 <br />square feet without an approved variance. <br />4.2 The Boerigter home is a 1952 Bungalow situated on a 14,928 square foot lot. The home <br />has an existing footprint of 980 square feet; a detached garage of 640 square feet; <br />driveway pavement of 2,761 square feet; and 129 square feet of pavers. Given these <br />current site conditions the Boerigter} s have a current impervious coverage of 4,5 10 <br />square feet or 30.2%, which square footage meets the threshold allowance for 30% <br />coverage. <br />4.3 Section 1004.02135 of the Roseville City Code requires principal structures to he setback <br />a minimum of 30 feet from the front property line (that property limo adjacent to <br />Farrington Avenue).
