specifically determines to make this ordinance applicable to the 111.1TO4 The City may <br />grant franchises to multiple persons during the term of this franchise, subject to the <br />provisions of Section 703.05 of the City Code regarding number and placements of such <br />shelters, and locations as identified ' in the ordinance granting the franchise. <br />All notices from the franchisee to the City as required by this franchise ordinance shall he <br />to the Director of the Department of public Works unless otherwise stated herein. The <br />franchisee shall maintain throughout the term of the franchise a local office and address <br />for service of notices by mail. The franchisee shall also maintain with the City a local <br />office and telephone number for the conduct of nutters related to this franchise open <br />during normal transit hours. <br />3 <br />
