Section 2 # Incorporation in Roseville City Code. <br />This Ordinance shall he deemed a part of the Roseville City Code and shall be <br />incorporated therein as Appendix <br />Section 30. Entire Agreement <br />The parties acknowledge and agree that the provisions contained herein constitute the <br />IN <br />entire agreement between the parties and that all representations made by any officer, <br />went or employee of the respective parties, unless included herein, are null and void and <br />of no effect. No alterations, amendments, changes or modifications to this Agreement <br />shall be valid unless contained in a written agreement executed by both parties. <br />Section 31. Effective Date. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its passage, approval and <br />publication. <br />W <br />
