The positions have been vacant for a year ()r more. The <br />positions are currently unfunded. Based substantially on the foregoing, you ask the following. <br />OUESTION <br />Whether the positions of Assistant City Manager and Deputy Chief of Police exist if <br />they are not occupied and are unfunded? <br />DISCUSSION <br />Pursuant to the Ury i form Municipal Government Act, Minn.
