I DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 2 3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, SECTION 1002, DEFINITIONS AND SECTION 4 1005,, BUSINESS DISTRICTS SPECIFICATTLY REGARDING ARDII RESTAURANTS 5 6 THE CITY of ROE ILLE ORDAINS: 8 SECTION 1. Purpose. The Roseville City Code, Title 10, Section 1002 and 1005, is hereby 9 amended by adding or revising language necessary to define restaurant types and to specify which restaurants are permissible (permitted and/or conditional) within Business Districts of the Roseville City Code. The purpose of this ordinance is to provide clarity regarding restaurant 12 types and to locate said types within the most appropriate Business District. 13 14 SECTION 2.
