(Ord. 1098, 8-12-91) <br />73 <br />74 <br />75 403.03: SCAVENGING FOR RECYCLABLE S; LICENSE: It is unlawful for any person to <br />76 scavenge or otherwise collect recyclables at the curb or from recyclable containers without a <br />77 license from the city. (Ord. 1098: 8-12-91) <br />78 <br />79 403.04: LICENSE FOR RECYCLING CONTRACTOR': No person shall act as a recycling <br />80 contractor in the city without first obtaining the appropriate license issued by the City. Any <br />1 person desiring a license to collect recyclables in the city shall submit a completed license <br />82 application form along with the license fee and the required certificate of insurance. License Fee: Payment of the license fee as prescribed from time to time by City Council <br />89 resolution shall be required prior to issuance of such license. <br />0 <br />91 B. Liability Insurance. Before a recycling contractor license shall be issued, the applicant <br />92 shall provide a certificate of liability insurance for all vehicles in at least the sum of six <br />3 hundred thousand dollars ($6000,000.00) for bodily injury damages and two hundred <br />94 thousand dollars ($200,000.00) for property damages. <br />5 <br />96 C. Workers' compensation Insurance: Before a recycling contractor license shall be issued, <br />7 the applicant shall file with the city a certificate indicating statutory worker's <br />98 compensation coverage or evidence of self insured status approved by the State of <br />Minnesota 3.
