They <br />include a, code compliant alternate, exit from, the council, chambers, as it 'is a large public, meeting spac <br />and other accessibility issues, such, as ADiA compliant rcstroom facilities. <br />PoIlicyi Considerations: Our goal is to design a cu,s,tomeir-friendly City Hall that maximizes the use of <br />space and, adequately serves, the, needs of the departments that occupy those spaces. City Hall and other <br />Public facilities must meet the needs of the community'. <br />16 <br />Recommendation: In order to efficiently and ecoinomica,lly c�omect the new addition to, City H�h and <br />deten-nine the best and highest, use of space, further study of rie-usei of existing spiace sh,oluld be <br />completed.
