VM,EREA,S, the Roseville Pl,am'ng Commission held the public hearing regarding the, <br />IN <br />Williams variance request on February 5, 20031, and recommended, (7-0), approval, of the request, <br />based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated <br />February 5, 20034, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council!, to grant Jolhn, <br />Williams a 2918, square foot vaniance to Section 1004.0 1 A6 of the Roseville City Code, to allow <br />I <br />construction of a 25'61 square foot master, bedroom and bathroom at 1965 Chatsworth Street, <br />biased on the findings, in, Section 5 and of the project report dated February 2,4, 2i003 and subjeal <br />to the, following conditions-. <br />a. All existing and proposed building and site improvements shall not exceed a <br />maximum impervious coverage of 3,413 square feetf <br />0 <br />b, The attached bedroom being Jimited to, a maximum size of 2,516 square feet as, <br />a <br />indicated on the site plan. <br />C.
