<br />3. CANCELLATION
<br />Either party may, can�ciell this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days written nobice to, the other
<br />pa�rty. In the eivent, of' te�rmin�ailtion I the Municipality al�l bel, entitled to reimbursement for those
<br />eligibile expen�ses incurred up to the termination date, provided the expenses have been incurred
<br />according to, the budget sih�olwn in Attachment A and the Municipiality is nioIt otherwise in default of
<br />any, teirm s and conditionsi in this, Agreement.

<br />of the County for any purpose. The County shiall not be responsible for the payment of any
<br />taixes, elther fe,der�al or sta�te, on behalf of the M�uniciip�ali'ty, nioir shall the County be responsible
<br />fori any, firi'ngle bIeniefits. N�o Civil S�eirvice or other rig�hits olf employment will be acquired by virtue
<br />olf Mliuinic,ipality's services.
