Motion.- Member Peper moved, seconded by Member Bakeman, to recommend <br />W <br />approval of a 45 foot VARLkNCE to Section 1004.02iD5 of the Roseville City <br />Code and approval of a MINOR SUBDIVISION of' property at 33,1 Burke <br />Avenue, based on the findm'gs M* Section 5 and conditions, of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated January 8, 2003 as follows: <br />a. Approval, of' the Minor Subdivision creating two parcels for the large <br />I parcel at 331 Burke Avenue, with minimurn requirements <br />4 <br />includ ing: a parcel for the existin <br />g home I 10 a <br />fee�t by 160 feet deep and <br />parcel for development of a home with a minimum width a4jacent to <br />Bu <br />b.
