CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br />CONSULTANT' SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS IS AN AGREEMENT' entered into the 6hday of January, 20,03 by and, <br />between, the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the City, and N'oirth <br />a <br />Metro, Inspections, Inc., a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State <br />of Mi"nnesota,i hereinafter referred to as the Consultant. <br />WI SETH <br />WHEREAS, the, City desires to hire the Consultant to render certain technical, and, <br />ity <br />Professional assistance in, connection with such un,dertaldngs of the City in regard to C' <br />i <br />electrical and other constucti,on wl*ffil"n the corporate limits-, said services, are: <br />P <br />0 r <br />Electrical, inspection services biased on, Minnesota State Building Code; <br />and <br />2. Other inspection services as needed., <br />NOW THEREFOREl the partiaes, hereto do mutually agree as, follows: <br />Sicolp ierv'ce. The Consultant shall perform all the necessary <br />professional services provided under this agreement as follows-. <br />6 <br />2 Term,. The 'inspection agreement shall be effective upoin the approval date <br />of the City Council and continue for one calendar year or until terminated <br />a <br />by either party upon, a 310-d,ay written notice thereof, whichever is, less. <br />31. Comviensation The fees for the Consultant services shall be based on <br />eighty percent (80%) of the permit fees as shown. in Exhibit A (attached) <br />r <br />w itbin 30, days, following, receipt of a monthly invoice for services <br />1 <br />performed. <br />
