<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 23, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, <br />Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7812 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS <br />NO. P-SS-W-ST-82-12, W-85-3 and W-82-15 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City has heretofore instituted and ordered the <br />construction of Improvement No. P-SS-W-ST-82-12, Improvement No. <br />W-85-3 and Improvement No. W-82-15, pursuant to and in accordance <br />with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The pro- <br />ceedings for each of said improvements were instituted in 1985. <br />The proceedings for each of said improvements having been effec- <br />tively instituted at substantially the same dates, and the <br />construction of each such improvement having now been ordered, it <br />is hereby determined that the said improvements, although separa- <br />tely instituted, can be more economically completed if combined <br />and joined as one project for the purpose of further proceedings. <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, <br />
