<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Roseville,MLnnesota was held in the <br />City Hall, in said City, on Monday, September 23, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Franke <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7814 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE OF <br />$2,885,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 12 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared and it <br />is necessary and expedient that this City issue its fully <br />registered general obligation bonds in the amount of $2,885,000 to <br />provide funds to defray the costs of various improvements in the <br />City. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified <br />in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of <br />opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of <br />$2,885,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 12, of <br />said City. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be <br />published in the official newspaper of the City and in Commercial <br />West, as provided by law, which notice shall be in substantially <br />the following form: <br />
