EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, ~lINNESOTA OCTOBER 14, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 14th day of October, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Curley; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7817 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-19A BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted August 26, 1985, the Council has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property north and west of West Cleveland Frontage Road (West 35W Frontage Road) from a point 900 feet more or less east of Fulham Street to a point 900 feet more or less north of Terminal Road extend to 35W by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the pro- posed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The impro- vement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-85-19A. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on November 18, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of
