<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON I1WROVEMENT NO. P-85-19A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Rosev1l1e, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civio Center Drive, in said City, on the 18th <br />day of November, 1985, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-85-19A including all that property north and west of West Cleveland Frontage <br />Road (West 35W Frontage Road) from a point 900 feet more or less east of Fulham <br />Street to a point 900 feet more or less north of Terminal Road extend to 35W <br />by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing <br />is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which <br />is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $240,300.00.
