<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br /> <br />Monday, the 18th day of November, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7825 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-85-20A <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7818 <br />DATED OCTOBER 14, 1985 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota that Resolution No. 7818 adopted October 14, 1985, <br /> <br />entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and Providing for Public <br /> <br />Hearing on Improvement No. P-85-20A" be and is hereby amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on December 2, 1985, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing <br />on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of time, place and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville <br />
