<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-85-20A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 2nd <br />day of December, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-85-20A including all that property north of East Cleveland Frontage Road from <br />West Perimeter Road to Fairview Avenue by the installation of concrete curb and <br />gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $124,000.00. The area <br />proposed to be improved shall be the following: <br /> <br />EAST CLEVELAND FRONTAGE ROAD FROM <br /> <br />WEST PERIMETER ROAD TO FAIRVIEW AVENUE <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement may appear <br />and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 15, 1985 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
