EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18th day of November, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos; and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7826 DESIGNATING A. GALE LINEBARGER AS AN APPOINTED OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, A. Gale Linebarger has been appointed by the City of Roseville as Cable Commissioner, and also as a Director of the North Suburban Access Corporation; and, WHEREAS, the question has arisen as to whether or not A. Gale Linebarger is protected by the City of Roseville under Minnesota Statute 466.07, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: A. Gale Linebarger is considered an appointed official of the City of Roseville under the terms of Minnesota Statute 466.07. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 18th day of November, 1985. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present; and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
