<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 18th day of <br /> <br />November, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Franke introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7827 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-85-32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Matilda Avenue from County Road C-2 to <br /> <br />South Owasso Boulevard by the construction of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on October 30, 1985, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
