<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />December 2, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 2, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, <br /> <br />Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7829 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-19A <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. ST-85-19A <br />consisting of the installation of storm sewer and necessary <br />appurtenances on all that property north and west of West <br />Cleveland Frontage Road (West 35W Frontage Road) from a point 900 <br />feet more or less east of Fulham Street to a point 900 feet more <br />or less north of Terminal Road extended to 35W, as described in <br />the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $240,300, <br />and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to <br />
