CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: December 2, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />2nd day of December, 1985, at 7;~O o'clock~.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Demos, Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Johnson and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member <br />resolution and <br /> <br />Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 7831 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE <br />$16,525,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF 1985 <br />CONSISTING OF $2,225,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />STATE AID HIGHWAY BONDS AND <br />$14,300,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX INCREMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that this <br />City should issue $16,525,000 General Obligation Bonds of 1985 <br />consisting of $2,225,000 General Obligation State Aid Highway <br />Bonds and $14,300,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, <br />Series 1. <br /> <br />The General Obligation State Aid Highway Bonds will be <br />issued to provide funds for right-of-way acquisition and road <br />and bridge construction by the City. <br />
