<br />570J <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: December 2, 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7832 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said <br />City on the 2nd day of December, 1985, at o'clock .M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Demos, Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Johnson and Kehr <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE <br />OF $8,335,000 TAX INCREMENT BONDS OF 1985, <br />SERIES 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that this <br />City should issue $8,335,000 General Obligation Tax Increment <br />Bonds of 1985 to defray the expense of land acquisition and <br />certain capital and administration costs in Municipal Develop- <br />ment District No. 1 in the City. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place <br />specified in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the <br />purpose of opening and considering sealed bids for, and award- <br />ing the sale of $8,355,000 Tax Increment Bonds of 1985, <br />Series 2 of said City. <br />
