<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
<br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey,
<br />Minnesota was duly held on the 2nd day of December, 1985 at 7:30
<br />p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />Johnson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Member Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION 7833
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and
<br />establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning
<br />January 1, 1986 and ending December 31, 1986.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical
<br />Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to provide for a
<br />monthly insurance contribution of $155.00 and to include the
<br />following ranges for certain City employees in 1986:
