EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 2nd day of December, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7834 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1986, and ending December 31, 1986. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1986; including a reduction of the Golf Course Superintendent position from salary range H to range G: CLASSIFICATION 1986 YEARLY SALARY RANGES Clubhouse Supervisor License Supervisor Police Secretary Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent Engineering Supervisor $14,550 - 18,200 16,200 - 20,300 16,200 - 20,300 19,650 - 24,600 23,700 - 29,600 28,700 - 35,900 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that employees covered under this plan be provided a monthly insurance contribution of $175.00 for 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present. and, the following voted against the same: None.
