<br />( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />, * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota was duly held on the 2nd day of December, 1985 at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Demos,and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7835 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and <br />establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1986 and ending December 31, 1986. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville does hereby adjust and update its Administrative and <br />Management Salary Program by adjusting salary ranges 4.0% for <br />1986. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the employees covered under this <br />plan be provided a monthly insurance contribution of $190.00 for <br />1986, plus the total cost of the long-term disability premium for <br />1986; and that those who serve a three year qualifying period be <br />provided with a one-time credit of twenty (20) days of personal <br />leave time. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Johnson , and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted for the same: <br /> <br />and, the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />
