EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 2nd day of December, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Dmos introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7836 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN EMPLOYEE FLEXIBLE BENEFIT ACCOUNT PROGRAM FOR ALL NON-UNION EMPLOYEE GROUPS WHEREAS, it has been proposed that a program be implemented, for all non-union employee groups, enabling them to pay their medical expenses with pre-tax dollars through an exchange of taxable salary dollars for non-taxed benefit dollars; and, WHEREAS, the I.R.S. requires a resolution formally adopting such program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the program described in the document titled CIty of Roseville Employee Flexible Benefits Account (attached) be established for all non-union employee groups. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 2nd day of December, 1985. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
