ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed <br /> bids will be received by the City <br /> Manager of the City of Roseville in <br /> the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113, <br /> until 11:00 a.m.,Tuesday,November <br /> 8,2011,at which time the bids will be <br /> publicly opened and read aloud for <br /> providing: <br /> THREE YEAR CONTRACT <br /> FOR WASTE REMOVAL FROM <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES <br /> Specifications and proposal forms <br /> may be obtained at the office of the <br /> City Manager, 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. <br /> All bids must be on the proposal <br /> forms furnished by the City,and each <br /> bid shall be accompanied by a <br /> bidder's bond, certified check, or <br /> cash deposit in an amount equal to a <br /> minimum of the five percent(5%)of <br /> the amount of the bid,which shall be <br /> forfeited to the City in the event the <br /> successful bidder fails to enter into a <br /> contract. <br /> Each bid shall be clearly labeled: <br /> "BID FOR WASTE REMOVAL". <br /> The City Council reserves the right <br /> to retain the deposits of the three <br /> lowest bidders for a period not to <br /> exceed thirty(30)days after the date <br /> and time set for the opening of bids. <br /> The City Council reserves the right to <br /> reject any and all bids, to waive <br /> irregularities and informalities <br /> therein,and further reserves the right <br /> to award the contract in the best <br /> interest of the City. <br /> William Malinen,City Manager <br /> (Roseville Review:Oct.18,2011) <br />
