Regular, employees with ten (�101), or more years of <br />servlCie with the City who tierminate their employ- <br />ment because of reduction of City employment or <br />a 1 4 1 <br />changes in municipal operatJ i ons. <br />3,, Regular employees,, with ten (10) or more years of <br />servii,ce w, i t,h the City, wh,o die before they termi- <br />I <br />nate their employment shall have severance pay as <br />41 1 <br />calculated, in, this sect3 I ,on paid to their name*-, <br />a <br />ben,ef icliary, or their estate, if they f ail to name a <br />I <br />1 iving beneficiary. <br />I I= <br />'The,, severance pay shall be 'in an arnount which equa <br />fifty percent (50,%) of the accum,ul,a,ted Bick leave said <br />employee woulid be entitled to rieceive, but in no event <br />shall such severance pay exceed the equivalent of thirty <br />0 days' pay at the emloylee's wage rate at the <br />time of' such separation. <br />
