<br />8. The Auditor of Ramsey County is requested to certify <br />the original assessed value of Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />No.1, 2 and 4, as modified or created by this resolution as <br />described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan, and to certify <br />in each year thereafter the amount by which the original assessed <br />value has increased or increased in accordance with the Act; <br />and the City Manager is authorized and directed to forthwith <br />transmit this request to the County Auditor in such form and <br />content as the Auditor may specify, together with a list of <br />all properties within Tax Increment Financing Districts No. <br />1 and 2, as modified, and Tax Incremetn District No. 4 for which <br />building permits have been issued during the 18 months immediately <br />preceding the adoption of this Resolution. <br /> <br />9. There has heretofore been created a special account <br />designated "Redevelopment District No. 1 Tax Increment Account" <br />to be held by the City Treasurer separate and apart from all <br />other accounts of the City. This account is renamed "Tax Increment <br />District No.1 Tax Increment Account". There shall be credited <br />into this account all tax increments received with respect to <br />Tax Increment District No. 1 as modified to be used in accordance <br />with the Tax Increment Financing Act, the modified Development <br />Program and the modified Tax Increment Financing Plan. There <br />has heretofore been credited a special account designated "Redevelopment <br />District No. 2 Tax Increment Account" to be held by the City <br />Treasurer separate and apart from all other accounts of the <br />City.
