Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for October: McGehee; <br /> Willmus; Johnson; Pust; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> A representative from Meritex requested removal of Consent Item 7.1 entitled, "Consider <br /> Approving Amendment to the Public Improvement Contract for Highcrest Park Addi- <br /> tion." <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Item 7.h entitled, "Adopt a <br /> Resolution to Set a Public Hearing to Amend the City's Redevelopment Plan and Indus- <br /> trial Development District #1 Plan in Conjunction with the Sale of Bonds to Finance the <br /> Construction of a new Fire Station and Park Improvements." <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Consent Item 7.f entitled, "Approve Alli- <br /> na Data Use Agreement." <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus: Johnson; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> a. Gary Grefenberg, 91 Mid Oaks Lane <br /> Mr. Grefenberg asked that the City Council direct staff to prepare a brief fact <br /> sheet for the public's benefit outlining and combining information on financial <br /> impacts for typically-valued homes in Roseville based on the proposed levy, bond <br /> levies, and utility tax increases. Mr. Grefenberg noted that this would allow tax- <br /> payers to have one document to review rather than being tasked with going <br /> through multiple documents on line to glean the total impact of these proposals. <br /> Mayor Roe concurred that this would be useful and appropriate information to in- <br /> clude on the City's website as well; and in one location. <br /> • <br />
