<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota was duly held on the 16th day of December, 1985 at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, <br />Johnson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7845 <br /> <br />CHANGING PRECINCT BOUNDARY BETWEEN ROSEVILLE PRECINCTS 6 AND 8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the U. S. Bureau of the Census has required a change In <br />precinct boundaries between Precincts 6 and 8; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the boundary between <br />Precinct 6 and 8 be changed. The boundaries of these two <br />precincts shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Precinct No. 6 <br /> <br />Starting at the intersection of S.T.H. 36 and Lexington Avenue; <br />thence north along Lexington Avenue to the intersection of County <br />Road "D"; thence west on a straight line to the intersection of <br />Snelling Avenue (S.T.H. 51); thence southerly along Snelling <br />Avenue (S.T.H. 51) to the intersection of County Road "C"; thence <br />east along County Road "c" to the intersection of Pascal Street; <br />thence north along Pascal Street to the intersection of Judith <br />Avenue; thence east along Judith Avenue to the intersection of <br />Hamline Avenue; thence south along Hamline Avenue to the <br />lntersection of S.T.H. 36; thence east along S.T.H. 36 to the <br />intersection of Lexington Avenue which is also the point of <br />starting. <br />
