<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />. City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the 16th day of December, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock ~.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, JOhnson, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 7847 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROJECT UNDER <br />THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT ACT AND THE ISSUANCE OF <br />VARIABLE RATE DEMAND COMMERCIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS <br />TO FINANCE THE PROJECT <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution was duly seconded by member <br /> <br />Kehr <br /> <br />and after full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
