EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA DECEMBER 16, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 16th day of December, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7848 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-85-23 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 23, 1985, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement on the east side of Snelling Avenue between Snelling Avenue and County Road C by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the pro- posed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The impro- vement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P-85-3. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on January 27, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the manager is hereby authorized and
