The current Spn*nt temporary lease expires on Deceimber 127 1997 and the process cc.annot be completed by that date. The temporary site is on a portion of the Authorities's land which the, City doels not oiwn. St. Paul A Water Authon'ty has indicated they are very va"lling to extend our agreement to that date, 1fwe agree to, Spnnt"s request.
