Considerable pirog�ress, has been m�ade toward this, obJective., Stiaffwould sugglest that any proposal that does not deal with each of these objectives in I a fair, uniform,, and timely m�anneir, is, inappropriate. The Citly's contribution to, the Fire RellefAssociation represent's a significant budg�et com�m�it,m�ent by, the City. Further, the fund and its total' potential risk to the taxpayer also, represents, a significant Potential risk to the Roseville taxpayer. As such, the City Council and s,taff'arel obligated to, proceed cautiously, on any, peinsion benefitincrease.
