EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of January, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7852 Regarding Tax Forfeited Lands WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated December 23, 1985, classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the City of Roseville, legally described as follows: E. 75' of W. 300' of N. 2.5 acres of S.E. quarter of S.E. quarter, of N.E. quarter of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23. WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 13th day of January, 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all present, and the following voted against the same: None.
