<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />January 13, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was dUly <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 13, 1986, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7854 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-85-31 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, including all that property abutting Roselawn <br /> <br />Avenue between Cleveland Avenue and Trunk Highway 280 by the <br /> <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property <br /> <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />
