<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JANUARY 27, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br /> <br />Monday, the 27th day of January, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City <br /> <br />Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City <br /> <br />Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7856 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. ST-85-22 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Garden <br /> <br />Avenue in the City of Roseville requesting that the Council <br /> <br />install storm sewer and necessary appurtenances at said location <br /> <br />and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be <br /> <br />assessed against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />September 23, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />
