Chairperson <br />Craig Christenson, and members of the Task Force subrinifted their final repoIrt and <br />recornimendations to the Planning Commission on December 10, 1997. <br />1.2 The Planning Commission, at their meeting� on December 10, 19917,1 accepted <br />the James Addition Report and recommended acceptance and approval by the Cloty <br />Counciii. The Commission also asked that further details be prepared by, the staff <br />ith direction from the Council) regarding the financial assistance necessary to <br />wil <br />1-fam"I ly affordabille senior <br />make the southeast 6.2 acres site work primarily as a multo I <br />1.3 A moratorium on commercial and industrial development is i:n� effect until January <br />11, 1998 to allow for the compl�et,ion of the study and any actions by the City, Council.
