<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />January 27, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 27, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City <br /> <br />Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City <br /> <br />Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7858 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-w-85-31 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted January 24, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement on all <br />that property abutting Roselawn Avenue between Cleveland Avenue <br />and Trunk Highway 280 by the installation of watermain, grading, <br />base, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all of a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429. The City Public Works Director was also <br />directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the pro- <br />posed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best <br />
