NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-85-31 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 24th day of February, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. P-W-85-31 including all property abutting Roselawn Avenue between Cleveland Avenue and Trunk Highway 280 for the installation of a water main, grading, base, bituminous paving, curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement 1s presently estimated at $650,025.00.
