EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROS~VILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JANUARY 27, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of January, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehrj and the following were absent: None. Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7859 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-85-32 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted November 18, 1985, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement in the City of Roseville, on Matilda Avenue from County Road C-2 to South Owasso Boulevard by the construction of base, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager.
