<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-85-32 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 24th <br />day of February, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-85-32 including all property abutting Matillda Street from County Road C-2 <br />to South Owasso Boulevard for the installation of base, bituminous paving, <br />concrete ourb and gutter and neoessary apputenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in aocordanoe with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspeotion' in the offioe of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $100,593.04. The area <br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />KROISS NORTHWOOD ADDITION PLAT 2 <br /> <br />Lots 15 thru 28, Block 5 <br />Lots 1 thru 7, Block 6 <br />Lot 1, Block 7 <br />Lot 1, Block 8 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area <br />proposed to be assessed therefore may appear and be heard by the City Council <br />at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 6, 1986 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
