EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of February, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Demos, and the following were absent: Johnson. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7861 Finding of a Negative Declaration for a Full Environmental Impact Statement--Centre Pointe Business Park. WHEREAS, The City of Roseville is the responsible governmental unit regarding the Centre pointe Business Park project; and WHEREAS, As a result of the fact Centre pointe Business Park requires a mandatory E.A.W. as a result of the magnitude of parking, square footage and sanitary sewage; and, WHEREAS, The City of Roseville has prepared the Environmental Assessment Work Sheet; and, WHEREAS, The City has reviewed the type, extent, and irreversibility of the environmental effects; and, WHEREAS, The City has reviewed the cumulative potential effects of related or anticipated future projects; and, WHEREAS, The City has reviewed the extent to which the environmental effects are subject to mitigation by ongoing public regulatory authorities; and, WHEREAS, The City has reviewed the extent to which environmental effects can be anticipated and controlled as a result of other environmental studies undertaken by public agencies, or the project proposal; and, WHEREAS, The City staff has prepared proposed findings of fact and conclusions regarding this matter; and,
